Students, parents and staff at 亚洲无码鈥檚 came together to celebrate the success of Year 13 during the college鈥檚 annual awards evening on Thursday.
The sparkling event recognised the hard work and dedication of some 84 students, with prizes being awarded for academic excellence, sporting prowess, creative talent and personal achievement.
Head Girl Daisy Bolton, received the college鈥檚 most prestigious award, the Saner Prize. Daisy was selected for her outstanding contribution to the college community, student leadership and academic success, having recently secured a highly competitive engineering degree apprenticeship with Rolls Royce.
Awarding the prizes was pioneering British engineer Dame Sue Ion, who is a prominent figure in the UK鈥檚 nuclear energy industry and a representative on a number of international committees.
During the event, Dame Sue delivered an inspirational speech on her journey to the top and the incredible opportunities she has experienced along the way.
The event was the first awards evening to take place since before the pandemic, with students and their families embracing the opportunity to celebrate and reflect on an extraordinary two years.
